Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you bring into your home. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

How it works

• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• Email support@enduraresearchgoods.store with your order number to start a return.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or defective

If your order arrives damaged or a piece doesn’t meet the Endura Research Standard, tell us within 30 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
